Credit Agricole Bank has opened leasing in foreign currency for Ukrainian businesses

Credit Agricole Bank announced the launch of a new financing program for business clients pegged to the euro and the US dollar. Payment will be based on the official rate of the NBU on the day of payment. About this reported in the press service of the bank.

“The launch of financial leasing in foreign currency confirms the bank’s flexibility and customer orientation, from now on our business clients have alternative financing options for machinery and equipment. Thanks to the stability and comprehensive expertise of the bank and the Group, we are happy to offer you daily support, help you plan and develop projects even in conditions of uncertainty.” – explained Alexander Chesnakoff, a member of the board of Credit Agricole Bank.

The proposal is aimed at companies with foreign exchange earnings, in particular at the agricultural sector, which carries out export activities. Within the program, customers can lease passenger cars, vans, trucks, agricultural machinery, special vehicles, and forklifts.

The bank cooperates with a number of leading brands of machinery and equipment, including John Deere, Fendt, Wielton, MAN, Massey Ferguson, Lemken and others. The leasing program provides for a financing term of up to 60 months, an advance payment of 20%, and the minimum financing amount starts from 15 thousand euros in hryvnia equivalent.

“The introduction of financial leasing linked to the euro and the US dollar enables the client to harmonize the cash flow according to the currency of receipt. We fix the rate for the entire term of the contract, use the NBU exchange rate to calculate the next lease payment on the payment date, and offer repayment options that best match the client’s production cycle: classic, annuity or personalized”Yuriy Vasylenko, head of the bank’s leasing department, noted.
