A new function has appeared in the “Action” application, which allows you to replace the technical passport online in case of its loss, damage or data changes. About this reported Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov.
“If you’ve lost your technical license, damaged it, changed your license plates or just want to switch to a digital format – everything can be done online in Diya. It’s fast, convenient, without too much stress”Fedorov noted.
To use the service, you need to select the appropriate service, specify the reason for replacing the technical license, if necessary, choose new license plates, specify the type of technical license and the method of delivery, confirm or update contact data, sign the application and make payment within 24 hours.
“The service is available if you are over 18 years old, have a tax number and a biometric document in Diya, as well as if you are the owner of a car and the technical passport is already displayed in the application.” – the message says.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs clarified that if the technical characteristics of the vehicle have changed, such as the volume of the engine or the type of fuel, it is necessary to contact the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs directly.
Beta testing of this service in “Diya” started back in April. In the near future, the function of taking an online test for obtaining a driver’s license may appear in the application. The new exam involves the use of artificial intelligence, which will track the user’s behavioral pattern.
