Duda urged Zelensky not to interfere in the presidential elections in Poland

Polish President Andrzej Duda commented on Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelenskyi’s statement regarding Polish presidential candidate Karol Nawrocki. About this informs wPolsce24.
Previously, Navrotskyi said that Ukraine cannot become a member of NATO and the EU until the issue of exhumation of the victims of the Volyn tragedy is resolved. In response, Zelensky noted that the Polish politician may need to “practice”, as he may have to take up arms due to the Russian threat.
Duda expressed the opinion that Zelensky should be more careful in his statements and avoid interfering in the election process of another country.
“The matter is really very complicated. I don’t know why President Zelenskyy decided to speak in such a harsh way to the mass media in Poland, and to the mass media with a very specific point of view.” – he noted.
He also emphasized that Karol Navrotsky, as the president of the Institute of National Remembrance, has much deeper knowledge about the Volyn tragedy than Zelensky.
We will remind that the presidential elections in Poland are scheduled for Sunday, May 18. If necessary, the second round will be held on June 1.
