The official did not specify the current stage of construction, but assured that the work is being carried out according to the plan. According to him, the regional administration clearly adheres to the tasks assigned to it.
“These are, let’s say, planned measures that are currently being taken in order to take into account the real front line, perhaps its change in the direction of the enemy’s movement and, in principle, his priorities on the front line. Therefore, of course, the next step is the construction of fortifications , this is the circular defense of the city of Balaklia and the city of Izyuma”, Synegubov noted.
He also added that a significant part of the work is carried out by the military, who fully control the progress of construction.
“However, there, of course, part of the work is carried out by the military themselves. I will only say that the work there is going according to plan and it is fully controlled by our military.” – stated Oleg Sinegubov.
