Inflation in Ukraine has risen to 11.2%

Annual inflation in Ukraine rose to 11.2% in November compared to the same period last year, and prices rose by 1.9% for the month. About this reported State Statistics Service.

According to the agency, since the beginning of the year, inflation is 10.4%. In November, consumer prices rose to 11.2%, which exceeded the October indicator of 9.7% and corresponds to the updated forecast of the National Bank of Ukraine.

In the consumer market, prices for food products and non-alcoholic beverages rose by 3.9%. The prices of eggs (+54.6%), as well as vegetables, dairy products, butter, oil, bread, pasta, fish and other goods increased the most, the growth of which varied from 1.5% to 13.7%. At the same time, the prices of fruits (-1.5%) and sugar (-1.3%) fell.

Tobacco products rose in price by 2%, while clothing and footwear fell by 1.7% and 2.7%, respectively. In the field of health care, a 0.6% increase in prices was recorded, which is associated with a 1% increase in the cost of outpatient services.
