The Kyiv City Territorial Procurement Center (TCC) plans to complete the overhaul of its canteen by the end of the year, the cost of the work is estimated at UAH 5 million. The contractor was the company “BC Bud Plus”, which won tender through the Prozorro system.
The renovation work involves a comprehensive renovation of the premises, including restoration of the plaster, installation of new partitions, installation of a ventilation system, pipeline and new lamps. In particular, the planned installation of new heating radiators, suspended ceilings and electrical outlets.
The tender was announced in October 2024 with an initial cost of UAH 5.4 million, but during the auction it was managed to reduce it to UAH 5.05 million. Two companies participated in the tender, of which BC Bud Plus, specializing in construction and repairs, received the contract.
Renovation of the dining room covers 88 types of work, and the guarantee for their performance will be 10 years. The tender requirements included confirmation of experience in similar works, as well as the company’s annual income of at least 90% of the project cost. In addition, it was necessary to have qualified specialists, such as an electric gas welder, a plumber and an electrician.
Payment for the works will be made within 15 days after signing the act of acceptance of the completed works.
