Міністерство оборони, реагуючи на виявлені зловживання з боку недобросовісних постачальників консервованої продукції для Збройних сил України, запроваджує нову цифрову систему контролю. Про це повідомляє пресслужба відомства. Відповідно до нових правил, перед відвантаженням продукції постачальник зобов’язаний внести в систему номер протоколу випробувань у видаткову накладну. Якщо цього не зробити, спеціальна база даних в ІТ-системі DOT-Chain заблокує формування накладної, що унеможливить постачання без лабораторного контролю. «Під час перевірок ми виявили, що кількість консервованої продукції, що надходить до Збройних сил, значно перевищує обсяги, які перевіряють наші ветеринарні лабораторії. Через це виникли питання щодо якості продукції. Тому ми вирішили змінити саму систему моніторингу за постачанням таких продуктів, щоб забезпечити прозорість та посилити контроль», — зазначив керівник Центрального управління контролю якості Міністерства оборони України Ігор Лещенко. Відтепер усі протоколи лабораторних випробувань надсилаються до Державного оператора тилу (ДОТ), який вносить їх до системи DOT-Chain. У цій базі зберігається детальна інформація про продукцію, зокрема номер протоколу випробувань, дату виготовлення, виробника та обсяг партії.
The Ministry of Defense, responding to discovered abuses by unscrupulous suppliers of canned goods for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, is introducing a new digital control system. About this informs press service of the department.
According to the new rules, before shipping products, the supplier must enter the number of the test report into the system in the delivery invoice. If this is not done, a special database in the DOT-Chain IT system will block the creation of the invoice, which will make it impossible to supply without laboratory control.
“During the inspections, we discovered that the amount of canned products sent to the Armed Forces significantly exceeds the volumes checked by our veterinary laboratories. Because of this, questions arose regarding the quality of products. Therefore, we decided to change the monitoring system for the supply of such products to ensure transparency and strengthen control.” — noted the head of the Central Department of Quality Control of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Ihor Leshchenko.
From now on, all laboratory test reports are sent to the State Rear Operator (DOT), which enters them into the DOT-Chain system. This database stores detailed information about the products, in particular the number of the test report, the date of manufacture, the manufacturer and the volume of the batch.
