Parents with many children will now be able to apply for a deferment through “Reserve+”

In the “Rezerv+” application, the function of issuing a postponement from mobilization has become available for parents with many children who have three or more children under the age of 18. About this reported press service of the Ministry of Defense.

Kateryna Chernogorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization, noted:

“Through Reserve+, 150,000 deferrals have already been issued or renewed. And now they are also available to parents with many children who have three children under 18 in a joint marriage. We continue to work on interaction with the Unified Register of Debtors to make deferrals available for those with many children parents of all types”.

In addition to parents with many children, the online deferment service is available to people with disabilities who have a current pension certificate, as well as students, postgraduates and doctoral students continuing their education. For example, after a bachelor’s degree, they get a master’s degree, and after a master’s degree, they study at a graduate school. The Ministry of Defense is working on expanding the categories of citizens who will be able to use this service.

The Ministry of Defense aims to turn “Rezerv+” into an all-Ukrainian recruiting center that will be able to replace part of the functions of the TCC in the registration of conscripts. At the same time, there are no plans to disband territorial picking centers. It also became known that from 2025 the process of automatic military registration will be carried out using digital tools.
