Poland has launched a program to support companies that will operate in Ukraine

In Poland, a new state program “Credit for participation in the reconstruction of Ukraine” was launched, for which the government allocated at least 250 million zlotys. These funds will be directed to preferential lending to Polish companies planning to invest in Ukraine and develop business projects here. About this reported press service of the Ministry of Economy.

The terms of the program are quite favorable for business: the maximum loan amount for one enterprise is PLN 10 million, the interest rate is only 2%, and the loan repayment period is 12 years. Applications for participation in the program are already being accepted by three partner companies of the Polish Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego.

“We are sincerely grateful to Poland for supporting businesses that are ready to participate in the reconstruction of Ukraine and invest in our economy.” — noted the First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, Minister of Economy Yuliya Svyridenko.

Credit funds are intended to be used for various needs: transportation and logistics of goods, development of infrastructure (roads, railways, energy, water supply, housing construction), financing of the activities of medical companies, as well as for the import of services and products from Ukrainian partners.

We will remind that in March, the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs of Switzerland doubled the amount of funding for restoration and reconstruction projects implemented by Swiss companies in Ukraine, up to 100 million francs.
