PrivatBank announced an update to the design of the Privat24 mobile application. The main page of the application will be changed, and the possibility of quick top-up of the card via ApplePay and GooglePay will also appear. About this informs state bank press office.
“We are starting the update process with changes in the design of the mobile application and the introduction of a new concept of the main screen,” – said the Deputy Chairman of the Board of PrivatBank Mariusz Kaczmarek.
The updated application will become more adaptive: users’ favorite services will be placed on the main page, and the “Hi” loyalty program with cashback and discounts, as well as the accumulation function in the “Envelopes” service will be available on the bottom navigation bar.
“The new design of Privat24 is built on modern principles of usability, inclusiveness and is the result of an in-depth analysis of client experience and feedback from participants of the beta testing program”, – explained the press secretary of PrivatBank Oleg Serga.
After the launch of the update, the team will continue to consider user feedback to make mobile banking even more convenient.
