The Armed Forces of Ukraine advanced on two front lines: ISW

Ukrainian forces have advanced in two sections of the front — in the north of the Sumy region and in the area of Chasovoy Yar. About this it is said in a report by the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) based on an analysis of geolocation materials.
“Geolocation footage released on June 29 indicates that Ukrainian forces have recently advanced south of Oleksiivka to north of the city of Sumy,” – the report says.
According to the reports of Russian military commanders, the Armed Forces of Ukraine conducted counterattacks south of Yablunivka and in the Andriivka area. At the same time, Russian troops tried to advance in several directions, but, as ISW analysts emphasize, to no avail.
In the Kharkiv region, Russian forces continued their offensive operations north of Kharkiv in the Hlyboki district, in the direction of Liptsiv, as well as northeast in the Vovchansk district, but did not achieve confirmed results.
In Luhansk region, Russian troops continued offensive operations in the Kupyansk and Lymansk directions and in the Borova area, but were unable to advance.
In the Donetsk region, the enemy tried to break through in the Siversky, Toretsk, and Pokrovsky directions, but was also unsuccessful. Instead, Ukrainian units were able to advance in the direction of Chasovoy Yar.
“Geolocation data released on June 29 indicates that Ukrainian forces have recently advanced in the center of Chasovoy Yar and southeast of Bila Hora (south of Chasovoy Yar),” – say analysts.
