The Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine granted the music groups “Bez Obmezhen” and “Boombox” the status of critical importance for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihood of the population in a special period. Relevant orders made public on the ministry’s website.
This status was established by the order of the Ministry of Culture dated March 11 for “BEZ OBMEZHEN” LLC (rock band “Bez OBMEZHEN”) and “Muzy dlya mas” LLC (Bumbox band).
Currently, the group “Boombox” is on the foreign tour “Dronotur” and is currently performing in Germany. The musicians are collecting funds for the Andrii Khlyvniuk Charitable Fund, which will go towards the purchase of equipment for the Defense Forces — in particular, UAVs, equipment for mobile fire groups, generators, and communications equipment.
On March 17, the band “Bez Limits” announced the “North America Tour 2025” tour of the cities of the USA and Canada, which will start in October 2025. A significant part of the funds collected during the tour will be used to purchase FPV drones for the Defense Forces of Ukraine. Currently, the group continues the charity tour of Ukraine “Strong Hearts”, in particular, the nearest concerts will be held in Kolomyia, Ivano-Frankivsk and Truskavets.
We would like to remind you that on February 7, 2025, the Ministry of Culture approved updated criteria for determining enterprises, institutions and organizations that are important for the national economy in the fields of culture and information. Previously, the departure of cultural figures abroad was temporarily suspended.
