The Cabinet dismissed Nayem, in response he called the officials “fools” and “gray”

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decided to dismiss Mustafa Nayem from the post of the head of the State Agency for Reconstruction and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine.
Together with Nayem, his two deputies – Andriy Ivko and Valeriya Ivanova – were also dismissed. Currently, the duties of the head of the State Agency for Reconstruction are temporarily performed by Roman Komendant.
In addition, the government dismissed Ihor Fomenko from the post of Deputy Minister of Economy.
Mustafa Nayem expressed your position on Facebook.
“The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the decision on my voluntary dismissal. The formalities have been met. Thanks to everyone who helped and was there. Exactly 505 days. Perhaps, the hardest and most responsible for the whole life. I will end not with my own words, but with a quote from my favorite actor, and as I recently learned, musician and composer Anthony Hopkins. There is no desire to argue with fools, and no time to fight grayness. Don’t worry about envious people who try to shame the most talented in order to take over their positions, talents and achievements“, – wrote Naim.
We will remind you that on June 11-12, a conference was held in Berlin, designed to mobilize international support for the recovery of Ukraine after the destruction caused by the full-scale Russian invasion.
On June 9, Mustafa Nayem confirmed to Bloomberg that Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal personally rejected his request for a trip to Berlin “without explanation”, after which he resigned.
A full photocopy of Nayem’s travel letter states that Shmyhal is demanding from the official a report and analysis of the completion of Level 2 protection facilities, as well as pilot restoration projects.
The prime minister himself did not go to the conference either – according to NV’s interlocutor in the Cabinet, he “decided to concentrate on internal work.”
On June 10, Nayem stated that the decision not to allow him to attend the conference in Berlin was made long before Shmyhal’s official letter.
