The Cabinet of Ministers has changed the procedure for appealing the refusal to register tax invoices: details

At its meeting, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a decision that simplifies the procedure for appealing decisions regarding the registration of tax invoices. Changes have been made to the procedures for stopping registration and considering complaints about refusal to register tax invoices.
This was reported by the representative of the government in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk Telegram.
A key innovation is the opportunity for taxpayers to provide oral explanations to the commission on the suspension of registration of tax invoices of the State Tax Service of Ukraine (SST) not only in person, but also remotely, via video conference. This will allow taxpayers to save time and resources, as well as ensure more effective communication with the DPS.
“The regulations have been supplemented with new provisions regarding the powers of the central level commission and changes have been made to the mechanism for considering complaints against the decisions of regional level commissions in the event that the taxpayer wishes to provide oral explanations in person or through his representative via video conference“, Melnychuk noted.
In addition, the changes expand the powers of the central-level commission and make adjustments to the mechanism for considering complaints against the decisions of regional-level commissions.
The representative of the government in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk, noted that these changes are aimed at implementing Law No. 3603 and ensuring the opportunity for taxpayers to protect their rights and interests in the field of taxation.
