The Cabinet of Ministers updated the composition of the Interdepartmental Commission for Control of Production Sharing Agreements

Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine updated composition of the Interdepartmental Commission, which is responsible for the conclusion and control of agreements on the distribution of products. The reason for the decision was personnel changes in the government, approved by the Verkhovna Rada on July 17, 2025.
The previous composition of the Commission has been active since 2013, so the renewal is a reasonable and timely step. The new members of the Commission will correspond to the current members of the Cabinet.
“This is important for the implementation of the Ukrainian-American agreement on the creation of the Investment Fund for the Restoration of Ukraine, signed on April 30 of this year.” – noted Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine Vitaliy Kindrativ.
The government emphasized that updating the composition of the Commission is also part of the Plan of Ukraine, a strategy aimed at creating transparent and fair conditions for investors. This, in turn, will make it possible to implement one of the key areas of the plan — increasing transparency, investment attraction, and efficiency in the field of subsoil use.
We will remind you that on July 30, the Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine, Oleksiy Sobolev, during a working visit to the Mykolaiv region, held a meeting with the heads of structural units of the regional military administration and representatives of territorial executive bodies responsible for the economy, agrarian sphere and ecology.
The meeting was also attended by Deputy Minister Taras Vysotskyi, People’s Deputy Dmytro Kiselevskyi, the head of Mykolayiv OVA Vitaly Kim and representatives of local self-government. The key topics of discussion were the consequences of drought for agricultural crops, the development of irrigation systems and mechanisms of state support for agricultural producers, in particular in the frontline areas.
