The Deposit Guarantee Fund put the assets of six banks up for sale

Deposit Guarantee Fund of Individuals announced on the sale of assets of six banks that are in the process of liquidation. The total value of the lots displayed in the Prozorro system during June 23-27 is 1.2 billion hryvnias.

Assets of the following banks are planned for sale:

  • PJSC “ProminvestBank” — for UAH 909.2 million,
  • JSC “MR Bank” — for UAH 265.7 million,
  • JSC “AKB “Concord” – by UAH 3.1 million,
  • JSC “MegaBank” — for UAH 1.4 million,
  • PJSC “KSG Bank” — for UAH 0.2 million,
  • JSC “Bank Sich” — by UAH 0.07 million.

Of the total amount, more than 1 billion hryvnias are due to credit claims. The rest — UAH 76.9 million — is real estate, land plots, vehicles and other fixed assets. Also, receivables will be traded in the amount of UAH 73.9 million.

We will remind you that in 2024, the Deposit Guarantee Fund transferred UAH 7.9 billion to the state budget. The sources of these revenues were regular bank contributions, investments in government bonds, as well as profits from asset management of liquidated banks.

In addition, according to the results of 2024, the volume of repayments for restructured loans in banks managed by the Fund increased by 2.5 times compared to 2022. The total amount of revenue from such programs from January 2022 to April 2025 exceeded UAH 1.15 billion.
