NovaPay has doubled the network of its own POS terminals in Nova Poshta branches

NovaPay financial service has significantly expanded the network of its own POS terminals in Nova Poshta branches. In nine months, their number doubled to 5,790 devices. Currently, NovaPay’s own terminals make up 60% of all POS terminals used in the company’s branches. About this reported in NovaPay’s press release.
As Oleksiy Ruban, Innovation Director of NovaPay, noted, the decision to create its own network of POS terminals was made several years ago. The introduction of these devices made it possible to reduce customer service time from 22 to 13 seconds, minimize the number of technical failures and reduce dependence on third-party service providers.
The company emphasizes that the network of its own NovaPay POS terminals is one of the largest in Ukraine. The use of our own equipment contributed to the optimization of work processes and the reduction of costs for commission payments already during the first year of operation. The company plans to invest the saved funds in the further development of products and services for customers.
NovaPay does not stop there and plans to further expand the network. By the end of 2025, the company intends to install another 2,500 POS terminals and enter the open market. Currently, each branch of Nova Poshta has installed at least one terminal of this financial service.
