The leader of Syria urgently went to Moscow to meet with Putin

Syrian President Bashar Assad has arrived in Moscow, where he is awaiting a planned meeting with Vladimir Putin. About this reported Syrian TV channel Halab Today TV with reference to its own sources. The meeting should take place on November 29.

The urgent visit is taking place against the backdrop of a large-scale attack by the armed opposition on the positions of the Assad army in Aleppo province. The Syrian Revolutionary Forces have launched active hostilities in response to continued attacks by regime units on the civilian population.

According to the message, the Hayat Tahrir al-Sham group has already taken control of 42 villages and key positions in the west of Aleppo. Significant stocks of heavy weapons and military equipment fell into the hands of the opposition. She also captured dozens of soldiers. Assad’s forces reportedly suffered heavy casualties.

About 10,000 civilians were forced to leave their homes to escape the hostilities. They seek refuge in rural areas near Idlib in northwestern Syria. The intensity of the conflict is increasing, and the fighting is getting closer to the city of Aleppo. The conflict is gaining intensity, the fighting is moving closer to the city of Aleppo.
