The Ministry of Defense has announced tenders for the Armed Forces of Ukraine for more than 34 billion hryvnias
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine announced tenders for the purchase of rear support for the Armed Forces for 2025 in the amount of 34.2 billion hryvnias. About this informs press service of the department.
The state operator of the rear, responsible for the organization of purchases, identified the key directions, among which food products for 24.4 billion hryvnias, property for 9.5 billion, as well as fuel and lubricants for 314.7 million hryvnias.
Deputy Minister of Defense Dmytro Klimenkov noted that the early conclusion of contracts will ensure a stable supply of necessary resources for the military. According to him, in 2025, it is planned to allocate more than 67 billion hryvnias for rear support, half of which is already provided for in announced tenders.
“By the end of the year, tenders for 550,000 pairs of summer boots and 1 million summer field suits will be completed. This will allow timely preparation for the spring-summer period”, – said the director of the procurement policy department of the Ministry of Defense Hleb Kanevskyi.
