The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has started military tests of new models of winter equipment, including caps, special and camouflage suits for the military, the press service of the department reported.
“Our task is to provide servicemen of the Armed Forces with reliable and modern uniforms and equipment that will meet the real needs of the army. Conducting tests is a key stage of this process, because they will make it possible to assess the extent to which new items of tangible property meet the requirements of reliability and ease of use. We invite manufacturers and suppliers to join this process“, — noted Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Dmytro Klimenkov.
The Central Directorate for the Development of Material Support of the Ministry of Defense has prepared technical descriptions for experimental batches of equipment. All the necessary information is available on the MOU Partner portal in the “Useful information” section. Manufacturers are invited to notify the Central Command and the Command of the Logistics Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine about their willingness to provide a minimum of 11 kits for testing free of charge. Applications for participation in tests are accepted exclusively through the MOU Partner portal.
These tests are designed to assess the compliance of new equipment with the requirements for modern service in the Armed Forces.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine calls on all interested manufacturers and suppliers to join the testing process aimed at improving the material support of the Ukrainian military.
