The Ministry of Digital Affairs and Visa extended their partnership until 2027

The Visa payment company has extended cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine until 2027. The partnership between the parties has been ongoing since the founding of the Ministry of Digital, and the first memorandum of cooperation with Visa was signed in 2019. About this informs press service of the department.
Digital transformation of the state, training of digital development specialists (CDTO) and support of entrepreneurship remain the main areas of cooperation. In particular, within the framework of the “yesRecovery” project, Visa, together with the Ministry of Digitization, developed an anti-fraud system of “colored money”, which guarantees the targeted use of funds only for reconstruction. This approach is planned to be scaled at the international level.
In the direction of supporting entrepreneurship, Visa joined the development of the “Diya.Business” project – with its participation, two seasons of the “Brave” women’s accelerator have already been held, and the third is being prepared. The company also supports business centers in Kremenchuk, Kryvyi Rih, Ternopil, Odesa, Kharkiv and Buch.
In the field of digital leadership training, Visa is a key partner of the CDTO Campus. Over the past year and a half, 840 specialists were trained within the initiative, four new faculties were launched, and an educational space was opened in Kyiv.
Particular attention is paid to strengthening the international image of digital Ukraine. The company participates in the organization of the Diia Summit both in Ukraine and abroad, contributing to the promotion of digital initiatives at the global level.
“We have a common vision with Visa of the digital future of Ukraine and are sincerely grateful for the constant and reliable support since the creation of the ministry. Together we are implementing important services for people, simplifying government processes and building the most convenient digital state.” – emphasized the Ministry of Statistics.
