The Ministry of Economy has updated the list of agricultural equipment, 25% of the cost of which is compensated by the state

Ministry of Economy updated List of domestic machinery and equipment for the agro-industrial complex, 25% of the cost of which (without VAT) is compensated by the state. Another 524 new positions were added to the list. In total, it includes 13,807 items from 157 Ukrainian manufacturers who have confirmed the localization of products in accordance with CMU Resolution No. 130.
“The Ministry of Economy has added more than 500 items of agricultural machinery to the list, including the products of 10 new Ukrainian manufacturers. This gives agricultural producers a greater choice of machinery with state compensation of 25% of the cost – both for the production of agricultural products and for their processing. For machine-building enterprises, this means more orders and stable production. The program is an effective tool for the development of manufacturers’ “Made in Ukraine” policy. – emphasized Andrii Telyupa, Deputy Minister of Economy.
Among the updates are various types of agricultural equipment: planters, harrows, cultivators, sprayers, irrigation equipment, heat generators and other equipment. Of the added positions, 517 were submitted by companies already participating in the program. Compensation is provided for those goods where at least 60% of materials and components are of Ukrainian origin. Special conditions apply to certain types of machinery, such as combines or tractors.
In order to receive compensation, the agricultural producer must choose equipment from the updated list on the website of the Ministry of Economy, purchase it and submit an application through an authorized bank. And manufacturers who want to join the program can apply through the Ministry’s official website. The requirements for inclusion are prescribed in the resolution of the CMU dated March 1, 2017 No. 130 (as amended). The agricultural support program is one of the key components of the “Made in Ukraine” policy, which promotes the development of national production and industry.
