Zelensky said that Russia has not yet provided complete lists for the exchange of bodies of dead soldiers

Russia still has not provided complete lists of more than a thousand people for the exchange of bodies of fallen servicemen, which was agreed between Kyiv and Moscow on June 2 in Istanbul. About this stated President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi in his evening address.

The head of state held meetings with the Minister of Defense and the head of the delegation Rustem Umyerov, the head of military intelligence and the head of the Coordination Staff Kyryll Budanov, as well as the head of the Security Service of Ukraine Vasyl Malyuk.

“Ukraine continues to do everything possible to ensure the release of our prisoners and the return of our fallen Ukrainian soldiers. The complete lists from Russia for a thousand plus people – which we agreed on in Istanbul – unfortunately still do not exist. That is, the Russian side, as always, in its spirit – is trying to play some kind of dirty political and informational game in these issues.” – said Zelenskyi.

He added that the Ukrainian side believes in the possibility of continuing the exchange process and is taking all necessary measures for this. According to Zelensky, if Russia does not comply with the agreements even on such humanitarian issues, it will “put into serious doubt all international efforts – and in particular the efforts of the United States – regarding negotiations and diplomacy.”

At the same time, Deputy Head of the Coordination Staff, representative of military intelligence Andriy Yusov emphasized that Ukraine is facing informational pressure and attempts by the Russian side to single-handedly set the terms of exchange.
