The Pension Fund of Ukraine allowed changes to be made to employment relationships online

Pension Fund of Ukraine introduced a new electronic service that allows employers to submit information about changes in labor relations without visiting institutions. From now on, all personnel changes can be registered remotely through the official web portal of the PFU. This is reported on the foundation’s website.

The PFU emphasizes that electronic submission of such notifications will significantly simplify personnel document flow, reduce the administrative burden on employers, and increase the efficiency of information exchange with state bodies. At the same time, enterprises get the opportunity to act flexibly, quickly making changes to registers without queues and paperwork.

Information about changes in employment relations must be submitted in several specific cases. In particular, this applies to registration of a new employee for work, transfer of an employee to another structural division of the enterprise, change of position or permanent place of performance of labor duties. Also, submission of such data is mandatory in the event of termination of employment, i.e. dismissal, as well as in the case of reinstatement of an employee after a break.

To do this, you need to log in to your personal account on the Pension Fund web portal and select the “Communications with PFU” section.

In addition, it is necessary to promptly inform about the temporary termination or resumption of the employment contract — these changes must be recorded in real time. The relevant information can be submitted by representatives of the employer, who are officially granted the right to view and enter information about the labor relations of employees through the electronic cabinet on the web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.

The Pension Fund urged employers to more actively use digital tools designed to make interaction with the state transparent, convenient and effective.
