The President of Ukraine appointed a new head of the Sumy Military Administration

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, made personnel changes in the leadership of the Sumy City Military Administration. Serhiy Kryvosheyenko was appointed to the post of head of administration.

The relevant order No. 138/2024-rp was published November 25 on the official website of the President of Ukraine.

“To appoint Serhiy Volodymyrovych Krivosheyenko as the head of the Sumy City Military Administration, Sumy District, Sumy Oblast”, – the resolution reads.

Serhiy Kryvosheyenko, a native of Donetsk, has three higher educations: engineering, law and economics. In 2022, he completed his studies at the Zaporizhia National University. Since August 2024, Kryvosheyenko held the position of deputy chief of the Sumy City Military Administration under the leadership of Oleksiy Drozdenko

In parallel with other orders No. 137/2024-rp, the head of state dismissed Oleksiy Drozdenko from this position. Earlier, Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree on the creation of a number of military administrations in populated areas of the Zaporizhzhia region, which is part of the current strategy to strengthen governance in wartime conditions.
