The State Bureau of Investigation, together with the Ministry of Justice, is preparing an appeal to the High Anti-Corruption Court with a lawsuit regarding the nationalization of assets and corporate rights of Poltava Mining and Processing Plant PrJSC, the owner of which is Kostyantyn Zhevago. “In particular, it is proposed to nationalize 541 real estate objects owned by the enterprise, as well as 172 land plots that are under early lease of the combine for 49 years. In addition, 2,000 people may be subject to the procedure. 382 railway cars and 53 thousand 331 linear meters of access tracks”. – says the message.
It is also planned to consider the transfer to the state of 49.5% of corporate rights in the authorized capital of PrJSC “Poltava GZK”.
