The SBI sent to court a case against MP Dubinsky and his ex-assistant, who facilitated the illegal crossing of the border by another person
SBI investigators have completed the investigation of the case concerning the current People’s Deputy and his former assistant, who are accused of organizing the illegal crossing of the state border of Ukraine by another person. The indictment has already been submitted to the court, are reported in the department.
It was established that in August 2022, the People’s Deputy of Ukraine, together with his former assistant, who now heads the public organization “MEDIA DEFENSE”, facilitated the illegal departure of the brother of the deputy’s common-law wife outside of Ukraine.
The man crossed the border with Moldova through one of the checkpoints, using documents entered into the “Shlyah” system. In particular, it was an extract from the order of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, which allowed the departure of drivers who carry out transportation for the needs of the Armed Forces.
He received the permit at the request of the Vyshgorod District Military Administration with the assistance of the People’s Deputy and a non-governmental organization affiliated with it. After crossing the border, the “relative” himself got a job on a foreign sea vessel, he did not carry out any transportation for the needs of the Armed Forces.
The People’s Deputy is accused of committing a crime provided for in part 2 of Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which provides for a penalty of imprisonment for up to 7 years. Procedural management in the case is carried out by the Prosecutor General’s Office. As write media, we are talking about people’s deputy Oleksandr Dubinsky.
