The United States declassified documents on the Kennedy assassination

The famous boxer Oleksandr Usyk successfully protected dissertation at the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. Usyk was awarded the scientific degree of doctor of philosophy (PhD) in the field of “law”: this decision was adopted unanimously by the academic council.

Oleksandr Morgunov, honored kickboxing coach of Ukraine, was Usyk’s opponent in defense. At the end of the defense, none of the members of the academic council expressed any comments regarding the awarding of the academic degree to the boxer.

“The dissertation is dedicated to defining the essence and revealing the features of administrative and legal support for international cooperation in the field of physical culture and sports, as well as the development of theoretical and practical proposals and recommendations aimed at improving administrative legislation in the relevant field.” – it says in the abstract to the dissertation.

In his work, the boxer studied who is responsible for international cooperation in sports, both at the global level and within the borders of the country. In addition to legal aspects, Usyk also investigated how international cooperation affects the development of sports in Ukraine and the world: what opportunities it creates for athletes and what challenges may arise in this process.
