The State Tax Service reports a sharp increase in the level of taxation. In March 2025, the average daily amount of purchases recorded through cash registers reached 14.6 billion hryvnias. This is an all-time high informs DPS press office.

On average, 27.6 million checks were registered every day during March. This means that every resident of Ukraine, including children and the elderly, made one purchase per day with the issuance of a fiscal check. Compared to January 2025, the number of checks increased by 10%.

Volumes of daily sales registered through PRO increased by 31% compared to the same period of the previous year. The March indicator also exceeded the sales of December 2024, which is traditionally the month with the largest sales volumes (14.4 billion hryvnias). The DPS notes a steady improvement in performance over the past few months. In January 2025, 25.2 million checks were registered daily, in February – 26.8 million, and in March – already 27.6 million.

“The chain rates of growth and increase in the average daily amount of withdrawals and the average daily number of checks, which have been observed in recent months, testify to the conscientious attitude of taxpayers to fiscalization”, – emphasized the DPS.

We would like to remind you that according to the results of 2024, the total amount of transactions registered through PRO and program PRO increased significantly compared to the previous year – by 35%, or by 1.16 trillion UAH, from 3.28 trillion to 4.44 trillion UAH.
