“For – 234. All amendments were confirmed. We finally fulfilled one of the overdue IMF beacons where the deadline was December 31 last year”, said the People’s Deputy.

At the same time, a decision was made to create two courts: the Specialized District Administrative Court and the Specialized Appeal Administrative Court, which will be part of the system of higher specialized courts and will review the decisions of the first instance.

Now the Higher Qualification Commission of Judges (HCJC) must start a competition for the positions of judges within a month after the law enters into force. Competitions must take into account the specifics defined by the draft law.

In addition, an expert council of judges will be created, which will include six people – three representatives of the Council of Judges and three representatives of international organizations.
