Denmark will increase military aid to Ukraine by 630 million dollars

The Danish authorities have decided to increase military aid to Ukraine by 630 million US dollars (4.4 billion kroner) this year.
He stated this head Troels Lund Poulsen of the Ministry of Defense of Denmark, emphasizing that since the beginning of the Russian invasion, Denmark has been one of the most active donors to Ukraine.
“We will continue to do this, and I am glad that the vast majority of parties in the parliament support us, adding another 4.4 billion kroner to the Ukrainian Fund in 2024 for military aid”, – he declared.
The Ukrainian Fund was created to distribute aid to Ukraine in the period 2023 – 2028. After the increase in funding, the total volume of the fund will be 64.8 billion Danish kroner (over $9.3 billion).
