The White House explained the conditions for deportation from the United States

The US authorities intend to deport citizens who have remained in the country after their visas have expired. Such persons will be considered illegal immigrants and subject to deportation, stated White House press secretary Carolyn Levitt during a briefing.

“If a person stays after the visa expires, he becomes an illegal immigrant and is subject to deportation”, the statement says.

Earlier, border security coordinator Thomas Homan announced that the deportation of illegal immigrants will be carried out by military aircraft. He noted that this practice will become common, and deportations can happen every day.

We will remind that after the beginning of the presidential term of Donald Trump, the migration services received expanded powers, which allow to arrest any foreigner who is in the country without proper documents. At the same time, operations to detain illegals organized by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) began throughout the United States.

Homeland Security officials have decided to end several programs that allow immigrants to stay in the United States temporarily. This also affected the initiative that provided entry for citizens of Ukraine. In addition, the Trump administration is demanding that ICE agents increase the number of daily arrests of illegal immigrants.
