Trump gave Duda only 10 minutes

Polish President Andrzej Duda was in the United States, where he discussed with his American colleague Donald Trump the prospects for further cooperation between the two countries, as well as the relations of the United States with Ukraine and Russia. However, their meeting lasted only 10 minutes, informs Bloomberg.

Duda’s visit was not organized through the Polish embassy in the US, but by private individuals close to the Polish president who have connections in Trump’s circle.

“The visit was not organized by the Polish embassy. Duda cannot stand his current boss, Bohdan Klich. He refused to approve his candidacy for the position of ambassador, because at the time of the Smolensk disaster, Klich was the head of the Ministry of National Defense.” – the message says.

The short duration of Trump’s meeting with Duda provoked a violent reaction in Polish society and caused a wave of outraged comments, including such as “This is an insult to all Poles.”

Instead, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk called:

“It’s nothing to laugh at. Let’s be serious, because the situation is getting really serious.”
