UAH 1000 for each: Zelensky announces new programme to support Ukrainians

From December 1, a new state support program for citizens will start in Ukraine, according to which every Ukrainian will receive a payment of 1,000 hryvnias. This was announced by President Volodymyr Zelenskyi in his appeals October 25. According to him, this initiative should become a noticeable help for every family in the country.
Zelensky noted that the government is actively working on solutions aimed at supporting citizens in difficult times. According to him, the new program was named “E-support” and will cover all segments of the population – adults and children, every Ukrainian family.
“I instructed the government to introduce a new program starting December 1, which will be felt by every family in Ukraine. There is support for all our people – adults, children, every family in Ukraine“, the head of state emphasized.
According to him, the program provides that everyone will receive 1,000 hryvnias, which can amount to significant amounts for families. The funds can be used to pay for utilities, electricity, transport tickets, Ukrainian medicines, books and cultural services. In addition, funds can be directed to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine – through donations to volunteers or the purchase of drones.
The President also emphasized that the government should soon complete the development of all technical details, so that from December 1, the payments would already be on citizens’ accounts.
