20 mobile clinics were handed over to the communities of six regions of Ukraine: Ministry of Health

In the Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv and Odesa regions, communities received 20 mobile clinics that will provide better access to medical services for local residents. About this reported press service of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
“Mobile clinics are a fully equipped ambulatory on wheels, able to reach patients wherever they are and provide them with high-quality medical services. They are designed and manufactured according to the needs of medical institutions. All systems, materials and devices comply with European medical and safety standards standards”, – says the message.
The clinics were handed over with the support of the German government as part of the “Special Program of Support for Ukraine / EU4ResilientRegions” project. The purchase was made by the organization “Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH” with funding from Germany, and part of the costs for training for mobile brigades was covered by the European Union.
Clinics are equipped with modern devices and meet European standards. They are equipped with ventilation, air conditioning, heating, generators, batteries and have access for people with disabilities, which allows them to work even during power outages.
Mobile teams will provide a wide range of services, including doctor’s consultations, diagnostics, vaccinations, laboratory tests, ultrasound, ECG, assistance to mothers and children, as well as ophthalmological assistance.
