In April, 7.4 thousand public customers announced purchases through the Prozorro system in the amount of UAH 78.5 billion.

“Despite the full-scale war, the field of public procurement continues to develop dynamically. We are already at the level of procurement that was before the start of the full-scale invasion“, – said Bigun.
According to her, about 80% of all public procurement funds are spent through Prozorro. The Ministry of Economy is working on improving procurement efficiency and introducing European practices. In the near future, a draft of amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Public Procurement” will be submitted to the Verkhovna Rada, which should enshrine new tools and initiatives that proved their effectiveness during the war.
In April, customers announced 39.7 thousand purchases in Prozorro. The largest expenditures are planned for the repair and reconstruction of buildings (UAH 12.3 billion), medicine (UAH 5.7 billion), road works (UAH 4.7 billion) and electricity purchases (UAH 4.7 billion). Competitive procurement of UAVs for UAH 2.6 billion has also been announced through Prozorro.
Last month, through Prozorro, contracts worth UAH 56.9 billion were concluded, which is UAH 6.1 billion less than the expected cost of purchases.
