The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine has extended the transition period for the implementation of new standards regarding the form and content of settlement documents until March 1, 2025. About this informs press service of the department.
Until the specified date, it is allowed to use checks according to the old sample. At the same time, businesses can voluntarily switch to new forms of fiscal checks earlier, but this is not mandatory.
“Orders introducing new requirements and extending the transition period are being prepared for official publication and will enter into force on the day following the day of publication in the official publication.” – the ministry notes.
We would like to remind you that checks of the new model were to be used from January 1, 2025, in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Finance dated November 22, 2024. Deputy Nina Yuzhanina previously stated that according to this order, the use of old forms of checks was allowed only until the beginning of 2025.
