The registry will be administered by the State Service for Emergency Situations, and technical support will be provided by the Center for Humanitarian Demining.

The register will become operational after the DSNS puts it into operation.
It will be filled with information from various sources:
- The Center for Humanitarian Demining will enter data on the results of the non-technical survey of land and mine action operators.
- State bodies, whose units are engaged in demining, will provide information on land survey and clearance.
- Local authorities will enter information on the survey of sites for which owners have been granted local tax credits due to pollution.
- It will also be possible to enter information about the results of the survey, obtained with the help of satellite images, scanning tools, etc., into the register.
- The entire territory affected by hostilities will be included in the register. The surveyed territory, in which no explosive objects were detected or neutralized, will be excluded from the register.
Deputy Minister of Economy Ihor Bezkaravainy emphasized that the creation of the registry is an important step in the field of humanitarian demining.
It is noted that the launch of the register will allow monitoring the demining status of territories in almost real time, effectively plan further work, provide farmers with information about the status of their lands, and local authorities to monitor the state of agricultural lands. In addition, information from the registry will be important for investors and for the implementation of projects for the recovery of Ukraine.
