Thanks to the electronic services portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU), Ukrainians who have gone abroad and reached retirement age now have the opportunity to issue a pension remotely.
About this informs the PFU:
“This makes the life of our citizens much easier, because they do not need to personally visit PFU institutions.” – the department notes.
This is how you can issue a pension remotely:
- Go to the PFU web portal.
- Select the “Application for pension assignment” tab and read the information.
- Log in to your personal account using a qualified electronic signature (QES).
- In the “Pension provision” section, select “Pension application” and choose the method of receiving notifications about the processing of your application – remote notification.
- Click “Continue” and select the type of pension (for example, old-age pension).
- Complete the questionnaire survey, give your consent to the processing of personal data and attach scanned copies of the necessary documents.
- Sign the application using the KEP and send it to the PFU.
- Importantly! Before issuing a pension remotely, it is recommended to familiarize yourself with the list of necessary documents on the PFU website.
Pension payments will be made to a bank card: both physical and virtual cards of any Ukrainian bank.
