“Ukrzaliznytsia” introduced new functions in the mobile application, focused on user personalization. About this informs the press service of the company.
It is now possible to transfer tickets between accounts. To do this, you need to create a passenger profile, specifying his name, surname and phone number linked to the account.
“The purchased ticket will automatically appear in the passenger’s account, and the hugs for the trip will be credited to him. Important: check whether the data you entered match the information in the passenger’s account – the system automatically checks the correspondence.” – the company explained.
Additional personalization of the profile also appeared among the innovations. Users can specify their gender and date of birth, which will allow them to receive individual greetings on holidays. In addition, bonuses have been introduced in the form of “hugs” for children’s tickets: parents traveling with children will receive them for each such ticket.
The updates also affected the “Iron Friends” loyalty program. Improved navigation and new categories make it easier to find offers. Among the categories are traditional, as well as specialized: for children, leisure, health, business support for veterans, as well as goods of Ukrainian production.
