Zelensky held a meeting with the heads of the SBU, NABU, SAPO, NACP, and SBI: they agreed to work constructively

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi on July 23, 2025 spent a meeting with the heads of the Security Service of Ukraine, NABU, SAP, NAZK and DBR, in which the Prosecutor General also took part. All participants of the meeting agreed to work constructively for the benefit of the state.

“It was a very important meeting – an open and productive conversation that really has an effect. We have a common enemy – the Russian occupiers, and protecting the Ukrainian state means having a strong law enforcement and anti-corruption system, and therefore a real sense of justice.” – noted Zelensky.

He emphasized that criminal proceedings should not last for years without decisions, and those who act against Ukraine should not go unpunished and should know that punishment is inevitable.

“I thank everyone who took part in today’s meeting: the SBU, NABU, SAP, NAZK, SBU, Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Prosecutor General. Thank you for the willingness to act together – as one team of Ukraine. And for the sake of Ukraine. We agreed that cooperation will only be constructive.”, – emphasized Zelensky.

He noted that another meeting dedicated to agreeing on a joint action plan is scheduled for next week. Within two weeks, a coordinated plan, necessary for strengthening Ukraine and protecting the interests of Ukrainian society, must be formed.

“We all hear the voice of society. We understand the expectations of citizens regarding the actions of state institutions in ensuring fairness and effective work of each body. We discussed the necessary administrative and legislative steps that will allow us to strengthen each institution, eliminate contradictions, and eliminate risks. Everyone will work together, political support will be ensured.” – concluded the head of state.
