Derzhprom announced a tender for repairs worth UAH 20.6 million, which does not relate to recovery from Russian shelling
The Kharkiv regional communal enterprise “Derzhprom” announced a tender for the renovation of premises in the most famous constructivist building of Ukraine. According to information released on December 11 on the platform Prozorro, the expected cost of the works is 20,567,656 hryvnias.
The renovation covers the interior of the third and fifth floors of the fifth entrance. These are ongoing works that involve updating the offices: removing the old paint, plastering the walls, wallpapering, repairing the ceiling and floor, installing new wiring, replacing lamps and doors. However, the heating system and windows will remain unchanged.
The works should be completed during the next year. At the same time, it is noted that the tender is not related to the restoration of the building after shelling by Russian troops. Tenders for the reconstruction of the destroyed parts of Derzhprom have not yet been announced.
It will be recalled that on October 28, Russian troops attacked Derzhprom, as a result of which several floors of the building were destroyed, and hundreds of windows were broken.
Derzhprom is an architectural monument and is included in the preliminary list of UNESCO World Heritage.
