Zelenskyy appointed heads of eight district administrations of Kyiv

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, signed an order on the appointment of new heads of eight district state administrations in the capital. Relevant documents made public on the official website of the head of state.
Oleksandr Sazanovich became the head of the RDA in the Shevchenkiv district of Kyiv, who since 2019 held the position of deputy head of the Obolon administration. The Solomyansk district administration was headed by Serhiy Movenko, a member of the ATO and former deputy head of the Volyn regional administration in 2019–2024.
Svyatoshyn district got a new leader – he became Heorhiy Zantaraya, a Ukrainian judoka athlete, SBU major and deputy of the Kyiv City Council from the “Servant of the People” party since 2020. Podilsk RDA was headed by Volodymyr Nakonechny, a political technologist, associate professor of the Department of International Relations at the University of Culture, a candidate for People’s Deputies from “Servant of the People” in the 2019 elections.
Andrii Paladiya, who previously served as the director of the Department of Digital Development, Identification and Search of Assets in ARMA since April 2024, has been appointed the head of the Dnipro District Administration. Sofya Dunaevska, who was previously the head of the apparatus of the same administration, became the head of the Holosiiv district.
Maksym Bakhmatov, an entrepreneur, former adviser to Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klychka, former director general of VDNG (2015–2017) and founding partner of the UNIT.City innovation park, became the head of the Desnyan district. The Darnytsia administration was headed by Oleksandr Kovtunov, who previously served as the head and deputy head of the same administration.
A total of 10 district state administrations operate in Kyiv. The heads of the Pechersk and Obolon RDAs — Natalia Kondrashova and Kyrylo Fesyk, respectively — remained in their positions.
We will remind you that from January 2022, the procedure for appointing heads of regional administrations in the capital was changed: previously, the head of the KMDA proposed candidates to the president, but now this right belongs to the prime minister.
