Zelenskyy signed decrees on synchronizing Ukrainian sanctions with three EU packages

President Volodymyr Zelenskyi signed three decrees that implemented the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine regarding the application of sanctions. These decrees synchronize Ukrainian sanctions with three sanctions packages of the European Union, reported Plenipotentiary of the President of Ukraine on sanctions policy Vladyslav Vlasyuk.

According to him, the signed decrees synchronize Ukrainian restrictions with the 15th, 16th and 17th EU sanctions packages. Ukraine insists on the need for full coordination of the sanctions policy among all partners of the sanctions coalition.

“The 15th package of sanctions covered persons from Russia, Belarus, China and other countries. Among those involved are the Russian pilot Oleksandr Azarenkov, involved in the attack on the Okhmatdyt hospital, and the manufacturer of combat robots LLC “Gumich””, – said Vlasyuk.

The 16th package concerns the participants from Russia, China, Turkey and other countries. The list includes the “Voin” center, which is engaged in so-called military-patriotic education in the temporarily occupied territories, as well as “Southern Fleet” LLC, which transports Russian oil with the help of a shadow fleet.

“The 17th package includes companies from Russia, China, Turkey and other countries. The Petropavlovsk gold mining company and the Chinese Skywalker Technology Co. Ltd, involved in the production of drones for Russia, were sanctioned.” Vlasyuk added.
