ARMA received new property of Medvedchuk and Kozak’s relatives from the State Bank of Ukraine in the amount of almost UAH 400 million (video)
The agency reported that it is about the property and corporate rights of the construction companies "Betonbud" and "Capital Plaza".

At the request of the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI), the court ordered the seizure and transfer to the National Asset Detection Agency (ARMA) of several more enterprises belonging to the closest relatives of the former MPs Viktor Medvedchuk and Taras Kozak, suspected of treason. The value of the transferred property is almost UAH 400 million, informs DBR press office.
In particular, the property and corporate rights of the construction companies “Betonbud” and “Capital Plaza”, registered in Lviv, as well as 50% of the corporate rights of LLC “Halytske Perehrestya”, the ultimate owners of which are relatives of Medvedchuk and Kozak, were transferred to the state administration. In addition, the property and corporate rights of the Transmonolitavto transport enterprise, which is fully owned by Kozak’s brother, were transferred.
In general, production premises, a laboratory building and warehouses with a total area of more than 10.2 thousand square meters were seized and handed over to the state administration. m, a plot of land with an area of more than 7 hectares, 74 cars, 2 loaders, 4 excavators, a bulldozer and a motor grader, as well as non-residential premises in Kyiv with an area of 167 square meters. m.
Earlier, at the request of the SBI, a brick production plant in the Lviv region worth more than 5 million US dollars was transferred to the state administration, which for years avoided paying taxes, directing the profits to finance Russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine. In June, the SBI, in cooperation with the SBU, reported suspicions to those involved in this investigation.
Property, which the suspects managed to transfer to relatives, was also seized and handed over to the state administration. In addition, at the request of the SBI, the land plots that Medvedchuk and Kozak’s companies received free of charge from one of the territorial communities of the Lviv region were seized. On these lands, which according to the documents have an agricultural purpose, there are significant deposits of gas, which the participants planned to use for their own enrichment.
