On March 7, during the morning missile attack on Ukraine, the gas production facilities of the private company DTEK in the Poltava region were attacked. As a result of the destruction, they were forced to stop working, informs DTEK press office.
“This morning, the DTEK gas production facilities in the Poltava region were attacked. As a result of the destruction, the facilities stopped working.” – the message says.
The state-owned company Ukrgazvydobuvannya, which provides the majority of gas production in Ukraine, also reported attacks on gas infrastructure. This is already the seventeenth combined attack on the objects of the Naftogaz Group’s gas transportation system, as a result of which the production facilities responsible for gas production were damaged.
We will remind that on the night of March 7, Russian troops launched a combined attack on the territory of Ukraine, launching 67 missiles of various types, as well as 194 attack drones and simulator drones. Ukrainian air defense was able to destroy 34 out of 67 launched missiles.
