The Diya portal has introduced a new function that provides critical enterprises with the opportunity to book a larger number of employees. About this informs Ministry of Digital Transformation.
From now on, the total number of conscripted employees at the enterprise includes those who were mobilized after May 18, 2024. This gives companies the opportunity to increase the number of specialists that can be booked. For example, if earlier there were 80 workers on the register, and another 20 were mobilized after the specified date, all 100 people are now included in the total count. In the case when it is allowed to book 50% of the staff, the number increases from 40 to 50 people.
If the mobilized workers were not automatically included in the total number, the employer should contact the territorial recruitment and social support center (TCC and SP) to update the data. At the same time, those employees who were already booked in other companies are not taken into account.
Legal entities or their branches included in the Unified List of Critically Important Enterprises can apply for reservation. This list includes organizations that ensure the functioning of the army, critical infrastructure, economy, medicine, etc. A condition for booking is the official employment of employees and the presence of a mark in the Register of Military Conscripts that the employee is “excluded from military registration”, that is, he works at the enterprise and is not registered with the TCC and SP.
