In the “Action” application, after the restoration of the State Registry of Civil Status Acts again available extracts about children’s place of residence, updating data on their place of residence, winter child support and social benefits.
“The registers of DRATS are gradually being restored, so the services of Actions are opening further. In a few clicks, extracts about children’s place of residence, updating of data on children’s place of residence, winter support for children and social payments – subsidies, assistance to families with children are already available”, – says the message of the Portal of State Services.
The “Action” team also noted that, together with the Ministry of Justice, it is actively working on the restoration of all services and will promptly inform about the launch of other services. At the same time, it is emphasized that the application does not store personal data, but only pulls them from state registers. All services are available on the portal and in the mobile application.
We remind you that in December, Ukraine suffered one of the largest cyber attacks on state registers, which the Russians had been preparing for several months. Diya later restored the employee booking service, which was temporarily unavailable due to this attack.
