According to information from the Unified State Register, since the start of hostilities on the territory of Ukraine, businesses have made more than 278,000 registration changes, and almost 80% of them were made in 2023. Most often, entrepreneurs changed information about the company’s director and registration address.

Ukrainian entrepreneurs four times more often began to change information about the directors and legal address of their companies. Analytical data show that 41% of all registration changes concerned business managers, and 39% – changes of registration address.
“In total, 220.9 thousand registration changes were registered last year. This almost corresponds to the indicators of 2021: then there were 224 thousand data changes in the registers. Instead, in 2022, their number decreased to 57,000. This is 20% of the total volume of registration changes since the beginning of the invasion“, – informs in “Opendatabot”.
Analysts note that changes in company registration addresses increased by 46% over the year. Before the start of the full-scale war, there were more than 68,000 such changes, and last year their number crossed the 100,000 mark.
“Since the beginning of the invasion, the Unified State Register no longer publishes open data, so most companies and banks have lost the opportunity to update their customer base. At the same time, updating data still remains the obligation of banks in accordance with Resolution 65 of the NBU”, – emphasized in “Opendatabot”.
14 Ukrainian entrepreneurs founded more than 4,000 companies over the past four years, according to the Unified State Register. Each of these entrepreneurs created an average of more than 100 companies.
According to “Opendatabot”, Ilnytskyi Vitaly Pavlovich created the largest number of companies — 1,399 businesses since the beginning of 2020.
“It is worth noting that this businessman confidently maintains his leadership this year as well. Since the beginning of the year, he has opened approximately 3-4 companies per day: 507 companies in five months“, analysts emphasize.
The largest mass founder of companies is TAIKUN AP LLC – 532 companies.
Earlier, “Opendatabot” informed that, according to the Unified State Register (USR), 1,286 addresses of mass registration of companies currently exist in Ukraine. Most of them are in Kyiv, Kharkiv Oblast and Odesa Oblast. The largest number of businesses at one address were recorded in the capital — more than 2,000 companies.
