Google Unveils Career Dreamer AI Tool for Job Search

Google has unveiled a new experimental Career Dreamer tool that uses artificial intelligence to help find career opportunities. The service analyzes the education, experience, skills and interests of users in order to offer them appropriate professional directions. About this informs TechCrunch.
Career Dreamer helps you create a personal career profile based on previous positions, skills and experience. The information obtained can be used to create a resume or prepare for an interview. The tool also visualizes different career opportunities in the form of an interactive grid, allowing you to explore each option in more detail.
With Gemini, Google’s AI assistant, users can create cover letters and resumes. Unlike Indeed or LinkedIn, Career Dreamer does not offer specific jobs, but rather helps you explore possible career paths.
So far, the service is available only in the US at the stage of experimental use. In its development, Google collaborated with organizations that work with various categories of job seekers, from students to military veterans.
We will remind you that on January 16, LinkedIn introduced new artificial intelligence tools that simplify the job search and hiring process for recruiters. These features are already available for free to all users of the platform.
